PART 2E+W+SLicensed activities
3.—(1) Subject to the licence conditions in Part 4 of this licence, this licence authorises the licence holder to carry out any licensable marine activities under section 66(1) of the 2009 Act which—E+W+S
(a)form part of, or are related to, the authorised project; and
(b)are not exempt from requiring a marine licence by virtue of any provision made under section 74 of the 2009 Act.
(2) Such activities are authorised in relation to the construction maintenance and operation of—
Work No. 12 – the construction of works in or over the sea and/or on or under the sea bed by the temporary placing of caged high head pumps and suction hoses in the River Humber at Goxhill, North Lincolnshire;
(3) The grid coordinates for the offshore limits of Work No. 12 are specified below and more particularly shown on sheet 5 of the works plans listed in Schedule 2 to the Order—
