The licence holder must—
(a)
to the extent it is not obliged to do so under the licence, provide the authority with such information as the authority may from time to time request for the purpose of determining whether—

to request a transfer report from the operator pursuant to regulation 5; or

to exercise any other function conferred on the authority by these Regulations;
(b)
provide the appropriate Minister with such information as the appropriate Minister may from time to time request for the purpose of exercising any function conferred on the appropriate Minister by these Regulations.”.
