24. In column (2) of the Schedule to the Building Societies (Business Names) Regulations 1998 (specification of relevant bodies etc)(1), for “Department for Business, Innovation and Skills” substitute “Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy”.
The Schedule was amended by S.I. 2007/3224, Sch. and the entry relating to “Polytechnic” was amended by S.I. 2009/2748, Sch. Other amendments have been made to the Schedule which are not relevant to this Order.
