13.  In the following provisions of the Local Government Act 2000, for “Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster” in each place substitute “Minister for the Cabinet Office”—

(a) section 9HE(1), (4) and (5) (regulations about elections for elected mayors)(1);

(b) section 9MG(2), (3) and (6) (regulations about referendums relating to local authority governance arrangements)(2);

(c) section 44(1), (3A) and (3B) (power to make provision about elections)(3);

(d) section 105(2A) (orders and regulations)(4).
