34.—(1) The Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 2001 are amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions, for “Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster” substitute “ Minister for the Cabinet Office ”
(a)the definition of “digital service” in regulation 3(1) (interpretation) M1;
(b)regulation 26(6), (9) and (11) (applications for registration) M2;
(c)regulation 26A(3) (application for alteration of name on register) M3;
(d)regulation 29ZA(1), (2) and (4) to (6) (verification of information provided in application) M4;
(e)regulation 29ZB(7) (processing of information provided in connection with application) M5;
(f)regulation 29(2AF)(b) (procedure for determining applications for registration and objections without a hearing) M6;
