14.—(1) The Swansea Bay Mussel Fishery Order 1995(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 6 (rights of various persons and bodies), for paragraph (2)(b) substitute—
“(b)any undertaking consisting in the operation of an electronic communications code network (within the meaning given in paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 17 to the Communications Act 2003);”.
