The Civil Procedure Rules 199871 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 2, in Part 49 (miscellaneous statutes)—
a
in the heading to Rule 18A, for “Telecommunications Act 1984” substitute “Communications Act 2003”;
b
in paragraph (1) of Rule 18A, for “paragraph 5 of Schedule 2 to the Telecommunications Act 1984” substitute “Part 4 of Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003”.
