In regulation 3C of the Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) Regulations 1999 (coordination) M1, for “regulation 21 or 61 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “regulation 24 or 63 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
