46. In Schedule 2 to the A160/A180 (Port of Immingham Improvement) Development Consent Order 2015 (requirements) M1, in paragraph 1 (interpretation), for the definition of “European protected species” substitute—
““European protected species” has the same meaning as in regulations 42 and 46 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017; and”.
