53. In regulation 37 of the Nitrate Pollution Prevention Regulations 2015 (determination of application)(1), in paragraph (5), for “regulation 61 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “regulation 63 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
