55.  In paragraph 5 of Schedule 1 to the Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) (England) Regulations 2015 (express authorisation of damage to protected species, natural habitats and sites of special scientific interest) M1 , in sub-paragraph (e), for “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
