In Schedule 3 to the River Humber Gas Pipeline Replacement Order 2016 (requirements) M1, in sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 19 (ecological surveys), for “regulation 53 (licences for certain activities relating to animals or plants) of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “regulation 55 (licences for certain activities relating to animals or plants) of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
