76.  In Schedule 2 to the Keuper Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2017 M1 , in sub-paragraph (4) of paragraph 21 (European protected species), for “regulations 40 and 44 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010 (as amended)” substitute “regulations 42 and 46 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
