Notification of compensatory measures U.K.

37.— [F1 (1) The appropriate authority must ensure that the compensatory measures taken pursuant to regulation 36(2) are notified to each of the following (other than the appropriate authority itself)—

(a) the Secretary of State;

(b) the devolved administrations.]

(2) In this regulation “appropriate authority” is to be construed in accordance with regulation 36(3).
