Amendment of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 201516

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 M1 is amended as follows.

In article 2 (interpretation), for the definition of “qualifying European site” substitute—

“qualifying European site” means—

a

a European offshore marine site within the meaning of regulation 18 of the Conservation of Offshore Marine Habitats and Species Regulations 2017; or

b

a European site within the meaning of regulation 8(1) of the Conservation of Offshore Marine Habitats and Species Regulations 2017;
