29.  In article 7 of the Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order 2005 M1 (restrictions on the disclosure of information), in paragraph (2)(j) for “or a third country central counterparty” substitute “ , a third country central counterparty, a recognised CSD, an EEA CSD or a third country CSD ”.
