Amendment of the Individual Savings Account Regulations 1998

7.  In regulation 21A(3)(b) (further requirements relating to transfers between cash accounts)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (iiia) omit “and”; and

(b) after sub-paragraph (iv) insert—

“(v) whether the account is a continuing account of a deceased investor; and”.
