Amendment of the Merchant Shipping (Working Time: Inland Waterways) Regulations 200321

Regulation 18 (remedies) is amended as follows.

For paragraph (1)(a), substitute—

has refused to permit him to exercise any right he has under regulation 7(1), 7D(1), 10(1) or (3), 10A(1) or (3), 10B(3), (7) or (8), 11(1), 11A(1) or 15A(3) or (4); or

In paragraph (1)(b), after “regulation 11(1)” insert “or 11A(1)”.
