6. In article 13(1) (functions of the Tax and Chancery Chamber)(1), after paragraph (h) insert—

(i)an application under section 151, 181E or 181F of the Tax Collection and Management (Wales) Act 2016(2).”.

2016 (anaw 6). Sections 181E and 181F were inserted by section 76 of, and paragraph 63 of Schedule 23 to, the Land Transaction Tax and Anti-avoidance of Devolved Taxes (Wales) Act 2017 (anaw 1). Sections 181E and 181F are modified by section 181H of the Tax Collection and Management (Wales) Act 2016, which was also inserted by section 76 of, and paragraph 63 of Schedule 23 to, the Land Transaction Tax and Anti-avoidance of Devolved Taxes (Wales) Act 2017.
