Offences relating to customs officials43.

(1)

A person commits an offence if the person intentionally obstructs a customs official performing a function under regulation 33(1).

(2)

A person commits an offence if the person fails, without reasonable excuse, to give a customs official performing a function under regulation 33(1) information which the customs official requires.

(3)

A person commits an offence if the person gives a customs official performing a function under regulation 33(1) information knowing it to be false or misleading.

(4)

A person commits an offence if the person fails to produce a document or record for a customs official performing a function under regulation 33(1) when required to do so.
