66.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), a person guilty of an offence under regulation 65 is liable on summary conviction—

(a)in England and Wales, to a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both,

(b)in Scotland and Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.

(2) A person guilty of an offence under [F1regulations 11, 16, 28, 29 and 35] is liable on summary conviction—

(a)in England and Wales, to a fine,

(b)in Scotland and Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.

(2) A person guilty of an offence under [F3regulations 11, 16, 28, 29 and 35] is liable on summary conviction—

(a)in England and Wales, to a fine,

(b)in Scotland and Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.

[F4(3) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 65(2) insofar as the requirement relates to a UK(NI) indication is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.]
