Transitional provision: existing companies registered under the Companies Act 2006191
The amendment made to paragraph (3) of Schedule 2 to the Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business (Names and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2015 M1 by paragraph 7 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to these Regulations does not apply in relation to a company which was registered under the Companies Act 2006 before the coming into force of these Regulations.
