In the Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business (Names and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2015 M1—

a

in regulation 16 (“limited” and permitted alternatives), in paragraph (1)—

at the end of sub-paragraph (d), delete “or”;

ii

at the end of sub-paragraph (e), insert “ or ”;

iii

after sub-paragraph (e), insert—

a company registered under Part 4 of the Risk Transformation Regulations 2017 with that name.
