These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Legal Aid (Procedure) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2017.

These Regulations come into force on 8th January 2018.

In these Regulations, the “Procedure Regulations” means the Civil Legal Aid (Procedure) Regulations 20122.
