The Drug Dealing Telecommunications Restriction Orders Regulations 2017

Made

Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 80A(1), (5) to (8) and (9)(a), (d) to (h) and (k) of the Serious Crime Act 20151.

In accordance with section 80A(11) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
