Welsh employments5

Section 1 of the Act applies to the following employments remunerated out of the Welsh Consolidated Fund—
a
with effect from 6th August 2015, employment by Qualification Wales; and
b
with effect from 1st June 2015, employment by the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales.

Accordingly, in Schedule 1 to the Act, at the appropriate place in the list of “Other Bodies”, insert—
a
with effect from 6th August 2015, the entry “Employment by Qualification Wales”; and
b
with effect from 1st June 2015, the entry “Employment by the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales”.
