A draft of this Order has in accordance with section 1(4) of the International Headquarters and Defence Organisations Act 19641 been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament;
Her Majesty, on the advice of Her Privy Council and in exercise of the power conferred on Her by section 1 of the International Headquarters and Defence Organisations Act 1964, makes the following Order:
