Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(1) and (2)
The Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 406(3) of the Communications Act 20031 and section 6(1) to (3) of the Digital Economy Act 20172.
In accordance with section 6(4) of the Digital Economy Act 2017, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
