The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections A1(2), (3)(c), (4) and (5), A2B(4), A9(1), (5)(d) and (6) and 262(3) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 20091.
