These Regulations may be cited as the Apprenticeships (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2017.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 15th January 2018.

Regulation 8 comes into force on 31st March 2018.

These Regulations apply only in relation to England.
