Any difference arising between the Agency and a specified undertaker under this Schedule (other than a difference as to its meaning or construction) must be determined by arbitration in the manner provided by article 67 (arbitration) and in determining any difference under this Schedule the arbitrator may, if the arbitrator thinks fit, require the Agency to execute any temporary or other works so as to avoid, so far as may be reasonably possible, interference with the use of any apparatus.
