6. The Agency must carry out all operations for the construction of any specified works with all reasonable dispatch to the reasonable satisfaction of the Harbour Authority so that navigation in, or the flow or regime of, the river and the exercise of the Harbour Authority’s statutory functions do not suffer more interference than is reasonably practicable and the Harbour Authority shall be entitled by its officer at all reasonable times, on giving such notice as may be reasonable in the circumstances, to inspect and survey such operations.E+W
