1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Patents (Isle of Man) (Amendment) Order 2017.
(2) This Order comes into force on the date of entry into force of the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court signed at Brussels on 19th February 2013(1).
2. The Schedule to the Patents (Isle of Man) Order 2013(2) is amended in accordance with the Schedule to this Order.
3.—(1) Any question whether an act done before commencement infringes a patent is to be determined in accordance with the law relating to infringement in force at the time the act was done.
(2) In sub-paragraph (1), “commencement” means, in accordance with article 1(2), the date upon which this Order comes into force.
