Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2017.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015, and
“the Agreement” means the Agreement on the Mutual Recognition of Driving Disqualifications between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Ireland made on 30th October 2015(1).
