Amendment of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 2013

3.  In paragraph (5) of regulation 15 of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 2013(1) (victims of domestic violence) for paragraph (b) of the definition of “registered social worker” substitute—

“(b) Social Care Wales;”.
