2.—(1) The Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In section 43 (possession of pesticides harmful to wildlife), in subsection (3), for paragraph (d) substitute—
“(d)Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council(2).”.
