in paragraph (1) for “paragraphs (1), (2)(b) to (d), (5), (6) and (8)” substitute “paragraphs (1), (2)(b) to (d), (5), (5A), (6), (7A) and (8)”;

b

in paragraph (2)—

i

omit “or (iii)”,

ii

for “Health Committee or to the Conduct and Competence Committee” substitute “Fitness to Practise Committee”.
