Amendment of the Contracting-out (Transfer and Transfer Payment) Regulations 1996 E+W+S

2.  In regulation 13B(1) (modification of section 16: revaluation after transfer from another scheme) of the Contracting-out (Transfer and Transfer Payment) Regulations 1996(1), after “This regulation applies” insert “where an earner’s service in contracted-out employment(2) ended on the second abolition date(3) and”.
