In rule 15.8(3)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (e), omit “except in the case of a decision in relation to a proposed CVA or IVA,”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (h), after “173(2)” insert “, 174(2)”; and

(c)

in sub-paragraph (i), after “section” insert “299(1) or”.
