Amendment of the Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981

2.  In Article 14(3)(b) of the Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(1) (stay of enforcement in cases of insolvency) after subparagraph (v) add—

“(vi) an application will be made to the court for a postal administration order under Part 4 of the Postal Services Act 2011.”.

S.I. 1981/226 (N.I. 6). Article 14 was amended by S.I.s 1989/2405 (N.I. 19), 2006/3336 (N.I. 21), and 2008/948. S.I. 2008/948 inserted a second subparagraph (iv) in error.
