Amendment of the Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992 E+W+S

12.  In Schedule 2 to the Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992 (amounts to be disregarded when calculating or estimating N and M)(1), after paragraph 7A insert—

“7B.   Any payment of bereavement support payment under section 30 of the Pensions Act 2014.”.
