Amendment of the Social Security (Claims and Information) Regulations 2007 E+W+S

30.  In regulation 1(3) of the Social Security (Claims and Information) Regulations 2007 (interpretation)(1) in the definition of “specified benefit”, for paragraphs (b) and (c) substitute—

“(b) bereavement support payment under section 30 of the Pensions Act 2014;”.
