41. In paragraph 16(1)(j) of Schedule 1 to the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2012 (meaning of ‘income’: pensioners)(1), for sub-paragraph (xiii) substitute—
“(xiii)bereavement support payment under section 30 of the Pensions Act 2014;”.
