Amendment of the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2013 E+W+S

44.  In regulation 100(b) of the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2013 (modification in the calculation of income)(1), for “bereavement allowance” substitute “bereavement support payment under section 30 of the Pensions Act 2014”.
