2. The requirements set out in paragraph 1.6 of the mandate to the National Health Service Commissioning Board(1) and paragraph 6.2 of the Annex in that mandate, published by the Secretary of State on 20th March 2017 and laid before Parliament on that date(2) have effect.
The National Health Service Commissioning Board was established by section 1H of the 2006 Act, as inserted by section 9(1) of the 2012 Act.
