29. In regulation 35—
(a)after paragraph (5) insert—
“(5A) Paragraphs (3) to (5) do not apply to an assessment made or deemed to be made under the Schedule.”, and
(b)after paragraph (9) insert—
“(9A) Paragraph (9) does not apply to any form prescribed under regulation 31(1B) or the Schedule.”.
