Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 E+W

14.—(1) The Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003(1) is modified as follows.

(2) For paragraph 7(2)(c) of Schedule 4, substitute—

“(c) a member of staff of the combined authority deployed wholly or partly in relation to the mayor’s PCC functions.”.
