Railways Act 1993

8.  In section 145 of the Railways Act 1993(1)—

(a) for subsection (2)(b)(vi) substitute—

“(vi) the Water Services Regulation Authority,”;

(b) in subsection (3), after paragraph (t) insert—

“(u) the Water Act 2003;

(v) the Water Act 2014.”.
