Telecommunications Act 198420

In paragraph 26 of Schedule 2 to the Telecommunications Act 1984 (the telecommunications code)39—

a

in sub-paragraph (3)(a), at the end insert “or the relevant person”, and

b

after sub-paragraph (3), insert—

3A

In sub-paragraph (3), “relevant person”, in relation to any land to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that land.
