In section 7 of the Robin Rigg Offshore Wind Farm (Navigation and Fishing) (Scotland) Act 2003 (decommissioning)52—

in subsection (3), at the end insert “or (as the case may be) the relevant person”, and

b

after subsection (3), insert—

In subsection (3), “relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests.
